The Adams County Office for Aging, Inc (ACOFA) provides a variety of services to older adults aged 60 and over. Our organization would appreciate your consideration of a financial donation to help make a difference in the lives of older adults living in Adams County. ACOFA is committed to improving the lives of seniors and their families by providing access to the resources they need for physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your contribution will enhance the success of our mission. Adults over 60 are the fastest-growing segment of the population, and ACOFA works to meet those peoples’ needs every day. Your donation will support all of our services and increase the quality of life for these older adults.

Donations will be utilized in a variety of ways to meet the needs of our consumers throughout the county. Your donation allows our agency to continue providing the necessary services to older adults to maintain independence for as long as possible. Services provided by the agency include Care Management, Home-Delivered Meals, Personal Care Services, Caregiver Support, Protective Services, and Adult Day Services.
